Hello magical beings, Im Sarah-Jayne and I am the creator of The Secret Garden Apothecary. Welcome to my online sacred space where my passion for all things magical and medicinal has lead me here. I live, breathe and connect with plants, magic and herbal medicine on a daily basis, they are incorporated, honoured and respected in my daily practice.

I draw upon many years of experience with my former life as a registered nurse. I then completed a naturopathic counselling & herbalism course and continued on with self study - often purchasing small courses through other well known herbalists and academies . As a herbalist we are forever students and I take pride in continually learning about plant medicine.

My vision is sharing heart centred offerings that dance with ancient wisdom of folklore, elemental magic, herbalism, witchery, and Norse Paganism.

The name of my beautiful apothecary came from my favourite childhood movie “The Secret Garden”. I was always fascinated as a young girl and now as a woman at the message it represents conveying the importance of nurturing and cultivating positivity in our lives and watching it grow.

My practice as a Norse Pagan Witch herbalist is very sacred and this reflects in my offerings with plant medicine. Within each offering I weave in the tapestry of my spirit, love, intentional, high vibrations that are nurtured and created. My soul being calling is to create for you from my knowledge, intuition, love of magic and ancestral lineage guided into an offering from my heart to yours.

Offerings;
I practice Folklore herbalism and this is completely dependent on intuition, elements, spirit and ancestral guided in what I create. I take great care in ensuring all of my products are ethically sourced and local where possible, all of my products are Certified Organic this is very important to me so that I can offer the most safe offerings. All of my botanical blends are carefully crafted with both dried and ethically crafted harvested herbs from locals whom are also trusted certified organic partners. All of my creations are made with experience in my herbal studies, my knowledge from being a registered nurse, best practice and within my realm of knowledge. I continue to be forever studying and I will never offer anything that has not been tried and tested by my family or myself or studied in depth.

All of my offerings are created in ritual in my apothecary where its carefully cleansed daily, the use of crystal singing bowls is also weaved in magically to create high vibrational medicine into plant magic. When I am in my creative energy I work with my spirit guides, my ancestors, plant spirits and my deities, harnessing the incredible energies into my creations to bring forward the essence of plant medicine.
